Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all routine electrical maintenance activities within the Plant
  • Approve all procural wants analysis for the Electrical/I&C maintenance unit
  • Approve all electrical/I&C maintenance design work
  • Review and monitor the closure of all TMs concerning electrical/I&C maintenance
  • Oversee the Electrical/I&C team in problem resolution problems highlighted as a part of analysis from the design and potency team
  • Ensure high accessibility of all electrical/I&C instrumentation and systems within the power station
  • Minimize the value of maintenance of the plant and optimize equipment lifecycle cost

Job Description

To install, operate, and repair all station metering instrumentation, current, and potential transformers, relays, recloses and alternative protection devices, still as recording and information display

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews Metering and Relaying Diagrams and confirm the specified protection and protecting relays
  • Installs maintains, troubleshoots and repairs relay and management instrumentation in electrical sub-stations e.g. protecting relays, instrument transformers, meters, recording instruments, controls (breakers, regulators, capacitors, etc.)
  • Develops station drawings (plot plans, relay wiring diagrams, raceway and structure drawings, etc.), construction specifications, bills of materials and alternative supporting documentation
