DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

  1. Understanding what the customers wants
  2. Handle concerns of people who buys the MTN products and use the services
  3. Educate customers on the sales and availability of MTN products and services
  4. Prepare reports for the management
  5. Monitor complaints and improvements of MTN products and services for customers
  6. Be in charge of all questions and enquiries of customers
  7. Identify problems and resolve them appropriately

REQUIREMENTS

  1. First degree in any relevant discipline
  2. Fluent in English

Experience & Training    
Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others
  • Experience working in a medium  organization
  • Experience in the service industry
  • Experience in a call center (prepaid/postpaid) environment

Training:

  • Basic GSM
  • MTN products & services
  • Relationship management
  • Relevant systems training
  • Ccbs
  • Call center policies, processes and procedures
  • Call center applications, technology and systems training
  • Telephone/ physical interaction etiquettes.

Job Condition

  • Normal MTN working conditions
  • May be required to work extended hours
