RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FINANCE AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

A finance and administrative officer performs the following duties, such as

  1. They provide financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stake holders of the organization.
  2. They report to the manager and support the finance and administrative teams
  3. They assist in the preparation of budgets, making records and receipts
  4. Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  5. Preparing balance sheets
  6. Processing invoices
  7. Resolving financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales team
  8. Support the finance manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
  9. They also manage office stock and prepare regular report e.g. expenses and office budgets
  10. They organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  11. Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  12. Makes researches and creates presentations

 QUALIFICATION

  1. Proven administrative or assistant experience
  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  3. Strong organizational and planning skills
  4. Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is highly recommended
  5. Fluent communication in English is required and fluency in local language is desirable
